Are Giles & Co. fully insured?Yes we are insured for both domestic and commercial cleaning. Our current business insurance provider is Churchill. When we deliver any of our services, a copy of our certificate will be available upon your request.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products or materials?The simple answer is no, unless you have some specific products or materials you want us to use.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a charge of half of the total cost for the service scheduled to be provided.

Can I pay by credit or debit card?Unfortunately at this current time we do not take credit or debit card payments. We do however accept cash as a method of payment and we will always provide you with a receipt. Also if you wish to pay by bank transfer then we will be happy to provide our bank details to you. If you have an account with us then payment will be within 14 days of the invoice receipt.

Have all your staff been DBS checked?All of our employees have been DBS checked and this will be available for you to see at any time throughout the provided service. All of our employees have also supplied two written references from previous employment.

Unfortunately at this present time we do not accept credit or debit card payments. We do however accept cash and a receipt for this payment type will be provided. Also, if you wish to pay by bank transfer, then we will be happy to provide our bank details for your convenience.
Qualifications
When we deliver any of our services, all our cleaning certificates are fully available for you to see. Provided alongside this will be copies of our DBS and insurance certificate.
